This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.6016 of 2014 dated 20.03.2014.

2. Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that a case stands registered on the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of the petitioner dated 17.02.2014 in Crime No.793 of 2015 for offences under sections 120(B),323,324,417,420,506(ii)

IPC on the file of Attur Police Station, Salem District and finding that though there is some delay in complying with the order, the same is neither willful nor wanton, this Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
