ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 430 of IPC and 21(5) of Mines and Minerals (D and R) Act, 1957 in Crime No.1698 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police were on regular patrol, they found that the petitioner had illegally transported 2 units of river sand in a lorry bearing Regn.No.TN-21-B-8677 without any valid licence.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner had illegally transported 2 units of river sand in a lorry and the same was seized. Hence, he raised an objection to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition since this petitioner has involved in the exploitation of the natural resources. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
