This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry as a proposed 14th respondent in the Writ Petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as not pressed and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
