(CR.NO. 464 / 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders on the petitioner by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.Op.No. 923 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022 and pass such further order or orders as this Hon`ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.SUNDARAVADANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl.
