The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioners representation dated 13/12/2018 and pay the petitioners the difference in Grade Pay Gratuity and Pension by taking note of G.O.Ms.No.61 Transport (C) Department dated 30/04/2015.

2.The grievances of the writ petitioners are that they were retired as Senior Checking Inspector of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation. They made a representations for grant of difference of Grade Pay Gratuity and pension with reference in G.O.Ms.No.61, Transport(C) Department dated 30.04.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.However, the respondent has not considered the representations so far and the writ petitioners are constrained to move the present writ petition.

4.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioners on 13.12.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioners are directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all irrelevant Government orders, if any, along with the order passed in the present writ petition. 5.With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
