ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.96 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the investigation was completed and a closure report was filed as ''mistake of fact'' insofar as the petitioners are concerned and it was informed that a closure report was filed after issuing the RCS Notice. accepted the same.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on both side, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
