This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 125 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal in

Crl.A.SR.No.6561 of 2025 against the judgment passed in S.C.No.66 of 2022 dated 29.07.2023 on the file of the learned XVII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The respondent has not filed counter. Though the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, delay is condoned.
