This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.18648 of 2013 dated 27.02.2014.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that pursuant to filing of final report in keeping with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ orders of this court, the case is now pending trial in

C.C.No.67/2011 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, III, Vellore for offence under Section 67(3 Counts) Information Technology Act.

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, charge sheet stands filed. This Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
