ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation by the second respondent in Cr.No.22/2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to monitor the investigation conducted by the second respondent and the second respondent is also directed to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
