Today when these Civil Revision Petitions came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and filed a memo stating that the original Suit pertains to these Civil Revision Petitions has already been disposed of on 27.06.2019, in view of the compromise made between the parties. The memo so filed by the learned counsel is recorded. Accordingly, the prayer sought for in these Civil Revision Petitions becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Civil Revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
