This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the representation dated 08.02.2018 to grant permission as early as possible and consequently, direct the respondents to grant permission for public meeting to celebrate 70th Birth Anniversary of former Chief Minister Selvi J.Jayalalitha.
