Having regard to the reasons stated in support of this miscellaneous petition and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
