This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner complaint dated 29.01.2015 investigate the same and file the final report within a period.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.86 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent-Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.86 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
