The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the differential amount of gratuity as per wage settlement of the year 2012, is yet to be settled in favour of the writ petitioner.

2. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent on 03.12.2018, which is yet to be considered. Thus without going in to the merits of the matter the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 03.12.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petitioner is also directed to enclose a copy of the representation and all other relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in the present writ petition.
