Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the Respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in the above case in Crime No.9 of 2019 pending on the file of the Respondent Police within a stipulated time limit.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in the above case in Crime No.9 of 2019 pending on the file of the Respondent Police within a stipulated time limit. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Erode, on 13.03.2021 in F.R.No.2 of 2021.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Erode, to act upon the final report filed by the respondent in F.R.No.2 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
