Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2018 regarding proper payment of pension by taking note of the petitioner's services with the Corporation.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the grievance of the writ petitioner was considered and the non-employment period of the writ petitioner has been added with qualifying service and accordingly, the pension amount was increased from Rs.9,439/- to Rs.14,075/-.

2. In view of the fact that the grievance of the writ petitioner had been redressed, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
