O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN,J.,) The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment in the Government Poramboke land in S.No.114/5 Vengalam Village, Vanaapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on written instructions from the Tahsildar, Vanaapuram Taluk would submit that they have conducted survey and on field verification and survey, there is no encroachments in S.F.No.114/5. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission, we don't find any merit to entertain the present Writ Petition. Hence, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
