JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The writ appeal has been instituted to set aside the order dated 20.06.2024 made in W.P.No.34295 of 2023.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants would mainly contend that no particular order was granted by the writ court to pass fresh orders for setting aside the impugned order. The appellants themselves have realised the mistake and willing to pass fresh orders on merits and in accordance with law.

Thus, the writ order impugned stands confirmed and the appellants are at liberty to pass an order afresh on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
