This petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 19.08.2009 made in WP.No.23992 of 2008 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the order of this Court has already been complied with by the Government by passing a Government Order dated 13.11.2015, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ wherein, the petitioner who has been rendered 10 years of

service as daily wager has been taken into consideration for payment of pension. It is further submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the amount due to the petitioner, as per the Government Order shall be paid within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
