Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take appropriate action by considering the petitioner representation dated 28.01.2015 to prevent his house from damages caused by the building adjacent to his house and consequently directing the respondents to take further action for removal of the unauthorized Construction of the 7th respondent affected petitioner house.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the sixth respondent within a period of one week and has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under: " I not press this writ petition with a liberty to take a fresh representation within a period of one week to the 6th respondent."
In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to make a representation to the sixth respondent as aforestated, if so advised. If a representation is made within a period of one week to the sixth respondent bringing into his notice the fact of the illegal construction in any of the area or building, the sixth respondent is directed to examine the said representation and take consequential action in accordance with law on its own merits, at the earliest. No costs.
