This Court, during the earlier hearing on 03.01.2024, had required the First Respondent to produce the lay-out approval for the property, and the Second Respondent to verify whether such layout approval has been obtained by the First Respondent. The First Respondent has not produced any lay-out approval and the Second Respondent has filed a memo stating that no such lay-out approval has been obtained by the First Respondent.

In the absence of lay-out approval, the First Respondent shall file an affidavit explaining as to how the allottees in its Industrial Estate could make constructions without planning permission in the property. If such affidavit is not filed on the next hearing, the Chairman, Managing Director of the First Respondent shall appear in person before the Court to explain the reasons for the same.

Post the matter on 12.03.2024.
