(Order of the court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Counsel for the respondents raised objection by stating that the reasons stated for condoning the delay of 179 days is insufficient.

However, this Court is of the considered opinion that the delay of 179 days cannot be construed as enormous and the reasons stated would be sufficient.

Accordingly, delay stands condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
