ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest in crime number not known based on the complaint given by one Thamarai to the respondent police has filed the above petition for anticipatory bail. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the complaint has been registered in C.S.R.No.43 of 2022 and the enquiry is in progress and they will complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks.
3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall not be arrested till the completion of enquiry, provided that the petitioner cooperates the enquiry without any deviation.
