2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that Writ Appeal in W.A.No.466 of 2025 has been preferred against the order passed by this court in W.P.No.20786 of 2024 and an order of interim stay was granted by the Division Bench.

4. In view of the stay granted by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal, contempt petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this court after disposal of the Writ Appeal. 17.06.2025 dpq Index :
