Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for a period of two weeks to execute the sureties and comply with the condition imposed on him as per the order of this Honble Court in Crl.OP.No.29033 of 2018 by its order dated 18.12.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KARTHICK JOTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29033 of 2018 dated 18.12.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of ten days time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29033 of 2018. It is made clear no further extension of time will be granted by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
