This writ petition has been filed to issue a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue the sixth semester statement of grades, provisional and degree certificates to the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent produced a copy of the communication dated 30.05.2014, wherein it has been stated that the entire mark sheets and provisional certificates have been sent to the college for issuing the same to the petitioner. 3.In the light of the aforesaid communication issued by the 2nd respondent, this Court is of the opinion that since the prayer made in the writ petition has been meted out, nothing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

survives for adjudication. Hence, recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
