These writ petitions are filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to jointly survey the petitioners' land measuring 0.85 and 2.11 cents comprised in Old Survey No.22 and 7/1B, New Survey No.7 and 5/2, Zamin Pallavaram village respectively and to demarcate the extent of land falling within and outside the regulated area within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that "No Objection Certificates" have been issued to the petitioners and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are closed. No costs.
