Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioners in respect to S.No. 40/7 corresponding to the Paimash No.14/8/2 part, 15/8/3 and 16.8.4 part situate at Naligabetta Agraharam, Chennathur Taraff, Hosur Taluk. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Raghavachari For Respondents : Mr.P.Baladhandayutham Special Government Pleader

ORDER

The petitioners made a representation dated 12.08.2020 before the 2nd respondent for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioners in respect of the land comprised in S.No.40/7 corresponding to the Paimash No.14/8/2 part, 15/8/3 and 16.8.4 part situate at Naligabetta Agraharam, Chennathur Taraff, Hosur Taluk, to an extent of 2.80 acres.

2. While pending the writ petition, the 2nd respondent considered the representation made by the petitioners and passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order in Na.Ka.No.4569/2021/A2, dated 08.09.2021.

3. Considering the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to serve copy of the said order to the petitioners within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the same, if aggrieved by the said order, if so advised, in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
