This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27099 of 2023 dated 29.11.2023 on the file of the Court.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
