ORDER

This petition has been filed to challenge the petition in C.M.P.No.125 of 2018 in C.M.P.No.1273 of 2012 in C.M.P.No.4807 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur. 2.

It is seen that the petition in C.M.P.No.125 of 2018 has been filed for enhancement of monthly interim relief from Rs.2000/- to Rs.5,000/- each of the respondents herein. Till today no order has been passed and even before passing any order 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this petition has been filed challenging the very petition itself. Therefore, absolutely there is no merits in this petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, the trial Court viz., the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur is directed to dispose the entire case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order if not already disposed of.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
