O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking modification of one of the bail conditions imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.6(b) vide order dated 210.01.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1083 of 2025 while granting anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the only breadwinner of the family and hence he is having difficulty to appear before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. Further, the petitioner also sought for modifying the condition in Paragraph No.6 stating that he is unable to offer a blood surety since his father who is the only relative is also accused in this case.Hence, he prays to modify the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reiterated the prosecution case and on instructions submitted that the petitioner had been complied with the condition regularly.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the representation made by the petitioners, this Court of the view that the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph

(6) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with local sureties for 2/4

a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the condition in Paragraph No.6(b) is also modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all working days at 04.30p.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.

6. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
