These petitions are filed praying to order Substituted Service to the 2nd respondent M/s.Nilesh Dattatray Tilekar, Sr.No.215, Ganga Nagar, Phursungi Tal Haveli, Pune-412308, Maharashtra in the above appeals by way of paper publication in an issue of business standard having circulation in Pune for effecting notice.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petitions, these petitions are ordered. The petitioner is directed to take paper publication in respect of the above mentioned respondent in the above appeals by 06.03.2026 as prayed for.
