ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditional order i.e, "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15479 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14899 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14899 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.15479 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14899 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 is relaxed.
