ORDER

The civil revision petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 17.04.2015 passed in RCA.No.417 of 2013 on the file of the VIII Small Causes Judge, Chenai, thereby ordered to pay the arrears of rent of Rs.1,03,000/- to the petitioner on or before 3.6.2015. Aggrieved by the same, the present revision.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as directed by the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority, the arrears are paid and the petitioner is continuously paying the rent without fail. It is also agreed by the respondent. Therefore, the parties are directed to proceed with the main RCOP.No.1811 of 2012 on condition that the petitioner shall pay the monthly rent for the petition premises without fail, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above, the civil revision petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that now the respondent is denying access to the petition premises. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority, if so advised. 04.01.2023 Speaking/Non-speaking order Index : Yes/No ata 2/3
