ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.02.2015 and investigate the same and consequently file a final report within a stipulated time.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. On reading of the complaint dated 20.02.2015, it is seen that this petitioner has made allegations against the Deputy Commissioner of Police and other officials apart from private https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
persons. Hence no positive direction can be given in this petition. This petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint, only against private persons before the second respondent-Police in person and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
