ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitions being W.P.Nos. 33951 to 33953 of 2015 filed by the respondents 4 to 6 herein were disposed of granting eight weeks time to the respondents 4 to 6 herein to vacate and handover possession of the premises, against which, Special Leave Petitions preferred by them were also dismissed. Thus, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file contempt petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:
" Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petitions bearing No. 12465 to 12467 of 2016 with liberty to file contempt petitions."
In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. No costs.
