ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph no. 9 (a) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30175 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; that the charge sheet is also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph no.9(a) of Crl.O.P.No.30175 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is totally relaxed. 19.02.2025 dk Page No.2 of 3
