Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Op.No. 2839/2022 by order dated 07.02.2022 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and necessary under the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.VELMURUGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2839 of 2022 by order dated 07.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.
