ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition no.9(a) imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31073 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31073 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
