ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 25.06.2012 in R.C.A.No.395 of 2001 on the file of the Appellate Authority (VII Judge Court of Small Causes, Chennai) reversing the order and decree dated 29.03.2001 in RCOP No.2044 of 1999 on the file of the Rent Controller (XI Judge Court of Small Causes at Chennai).

2. On 25.04.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to take steps representing that the second respondent died and the matter was posted to 06.06.2024. Again on 06.06.2024 they sought time and was posted to 13.06.2024, whereas, on 13.06.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition was directed to be listed on 18.06.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Today, also there is no representation on behalf of the Page No: 2/5

petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaenous petition is closed.
