This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30337 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30337 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 is relaxed.
