J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN ,J., This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file the Writ Appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners, who are innocent purchasers of the impugned property at 2nd Floor of the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

C.M.P.No.5285 of 2024 Padmini Building, are third parties to the lis and the order of the Writ Court is highly detrimental to the interest of the petitioners. Hence, he seeks to grant leave to the petitioners to put forth their contentions.
