Respondents in both WPs Common Prayer: Writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writs of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records which culminated in issuing the proceedings in Letter No.Thi5/904/2013 dated 18.12.2015 of the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction and release the balance amount of subsidy Rs.19,82,500/- towards subsidy to the petitioners, as has been approved by the District Mission Committee on National Horticulture Mission presided by the first respondent in the meeting held on 15.02.2013 within a time limit that may be specified by this Court.
