ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant starting permission to the petitioner for "Queens Park Girls High School" situate in S.Nos.50/2 and 67/3D1, Mulakadu Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District by considering the representation dated 23.01.2017.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents stated that the said representation of the petitioner has been considered and an order has also been passed on 22.03.2017. Though it is after filing of the writ petition, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent, if the petitioner-School is so aggrieved. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
