This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.05.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. It is represented that according to the petitioner, a complaint dated 08.05.2015 was sent by post to the respondent-Police and no action was taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
