ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that one current paper is pending against the petitioner for enquiry and if the petitioner participate in the enquiry, the current paper will be disposed of within three weeks and if the petitioner co-operate for the enquiry, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner herein to participate in the enquiry and in case of proper co-operation to the enquiry, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, till the completion of enquiry.
