..Respondents/Respondents Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time to execute the bond.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This application is filed to extend the time for execution of the bond pursuant to the order dated 11.11.2019.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the above Original Petition was allowed on 11.11.2019 and that the applicants were directed to provide a security bond within 90 days from the date of grant. However, the applicants were unable to comply with all the requirements in that regard. Therefore, the present application is filed.

4. Upon considering the submissions of the learned counsel and on examining the affidavit in support of the application, I find that sufficient cause is made out to extend the time.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed by extending the time for executing the bond, pursuant to the order dated 11.11.2019 in O.P.No.260 of 2019, by a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
