Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.O.P. No.767 of 2022, in Crime No.364 of 2021 order dated 12.01.2022 which is passed by this Honorable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KARUPPAIYAMOOPPANAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.767 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 to furnish the sureties.
