This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 28.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.32428 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner to execute the sureties and to comply the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
