Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent relating to the order dated 16.11.2011 pertaining to ration card No.01/G/0564563 shop No.HC 034 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to supply the food items as per the eligibility in the card.
For Petitioner : Mrs.Selvi George For Respondents : No Appearance O R D E R On account of efflux of time, the cause aroused in the writ petition deserves no further adjudication. However, if any grievance exist as of now to the writ petitioner, it is for her to approach the competent authorities for redressing the grievances.
